The March of Dimes North Carolina Preconception Health Campaign in association with the Women's Health Branch at the North Carolina Division of Public Health are happy to offer free materials to anyone within North Carolina. The majority of our materials are distributed through the Women's Health Branch. In addition, our main office at the March of Dimes North Carolina Chapter distributes a limited selection of information and reminder items. Please print out the order forms you need and mail or fax them to the appropriate location.
PLEASE NOTE: Some folic acid materials may no longer be available. For English folic acid information, use the brochure "Take Care of Yourself."
